If you've not explored the ill-fated career of Soundcloud rapper Lil Chuffy then you've been seriously misusing your leisure hours.

  1. Thrilled to see Destroy History back!
Hope you will continue with others including Steeple

    1. Not 100% sure what is coming next but there is certainly a new Steeple story in my notebook waiting to be drawn.

  2. Happy to see Slade is no longer popular as well.

We here in the colonies are quite happy to see Shelly’s bangs have returned to something more normal. Things got a bit untidy here, believe you me.

  3. Hmmm… One missing…

  4. I regret never having heard Alternate Learning.

    1. The other bands are fake, Alternate Learning is one I stuck in there for very serious Heads

      1. They’re not fake. They just don’t exist here because we live in the timeline where Shelley already fixed things. Or, possibly, “fixed” things.

  5. I just clicked on the “characters” tab. I love the description of Shelley as “History’s greatest adventurer.”

  6. John, have you returned to the high-pressure world of daily comics?

    1. Monday-Thursday updates for this current run of Destroy History, as the “scheduled comics” column reveals.

  7. Trying to imagine how bands who are named “The Tortoise Men” or “Trembling Wolves” might look like makes me giggle! 😀

Also: THREE Beatles! Of course, the picture that Sidney found could simply be cropped. But still… Hmmmm…

  8. Hmmm. A timeline where The Beatles were an obscure band that never made the big time. And with no Richard Starkey. The question becomes, is that the “correct” timeline, or is the one we’re in?
Shelly Winters saves The Beatles? What a great story. Can’t wait. Now where’s my time machine so I can jump ahead and see how it turns out?

    1. That’s the Beatles in Hamburg. No Ringo. Pete Best/Stuart Sutcliffe era.

  9. Four cameras! Fancy, Sid.

    1. An upcoming issue of Wicked Things ups those stakes considerably

  10. Great to see the Scott Miller shout out! “Beach State Rocking” is still a very solid jam.

    1. Christmas without stockings!

  11. Love the pub name, especially given the name of the pub that I think you’ve used as reference !!

    1. Ha, good spot!

  12. Damn, that second-to-last panel… Shelley’s looking all beguiling and bewitching and DANGEROUS.

  13. Isn’t that John Smith and the Common Men?
